Tori Behrendt

A leader in her field, Tori has over 15 years of experience providing exceptional care to seniors in assisted living and memory care. We are blessed to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable person joining our team.

Tori shares her life with Keith, her husband of 24 years. Keith and Tori have two children and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time, her grandchildren are always a part of plans and a high priority.

As Executive Director, Tori is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations and service delivery. “Everyone comes first.” This is Tori’s philosophy and the way she encourages everyone to work together for the good of each other and the community.

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
